Yes, you need to register either Free or Lifetime Account to start using TenDollarSurveys. Register with your Name and Email. We value your privacy at the most and your Email is used only for communication from TenDollarSurveys.

Free 7 Day Trial Account allows you to play around with all the Features.

• Your Account exists for 7 days after which it will be automatically deactivated and all your data will be removed.
• Once you are satisfied with the features of TenDollarSurveys you can Signup for the Lifetime Cloud Account or Lifetime Custom Account.

Lifetime Cloud Account means

• Your Account is maintained by us.
• Pay Once and Use it for the lifetime of the application.
• Use all the Features.
• Your Survey or Poll will agree to our Terms & Privacy Policy.

Lifetime Custom Account means

• You buy our product and run it from your Server.
• As it runs from your environment, You have the full control.
• You Own Your Data. You manage the Terms and Privacy policy of your Survey or Poll.
• Pay Once and Use it for the lifetime of the application.
• Use all the Features + Free Add Ons.

Lifetime Custom Account License

• Allows you to use or run TenDollarSurveys from your Server.
• Allows you to use for Single Instance of TenDollarSurveys.

• You can't resale or redistribute TenDollarSurveys in any form.
• You can't recreate TenDollarSurveys.

Lifetime Custom Account

• If you want to run multiple instances of TenDollarSurveys in your Server, You need to raise a ticket from your Account Dashboard.
• We will guide you the process once you raise the Ticket.

Lifetime Custom Account

• Any Bugs reported in the application will be addressed free of cost.
• Any Critical patches of application will be done free of cost with prior notice to you.
• You will raise Bug/Enhancement/Query using the "Ticket" module from your Account Dashboard.

No. First try with the Free 7 Day Trial Account and once you are satisfied sign up for the Lifetime account.

Create as many Surveys or Polls as you need.

Create an Anonymous Survey by using survey type as Anonymous. The Survey user can take the Survey without providing any User Details.

Create an Open Survey by using survey type as Open. You have the option to get the User details like Name/Email/Phone/Address while the User takes the Survey or Poll.

Create Closed Survey by which the survey can be taken only by the list of users invited by you.

Create a Time Bound Survey or Poll by using the Survey/Poll Start and End Date Time. The Survey or Poll will be Open during this Time frame only. Beyond this Time frame the Survey can't be taken by the Users. This will allow you to target the Survey at the right time.

Create a Maximum Response Bound Survey or Poll by using the Survey/Poll Maximum Response Limit number. Maximum responses for the Survey or Poll will be controlled by this limit. Beyond this Response Limit the Survey can't be taken by the Users. This will allow you to Set the Target responses for the Survey or Poll.

Create as many Thank you pages as you want and apply Scoring logic to display the appropriate Thank you page based on Survey User response.This will help you set different Thank you page based on User response for your Survey

You can create users list or Audience details to whom you will be sending the invitation email and also it is used for Closed Surveys

Branching of Question (logic)

• Add Branching Logic to jump to next Question based on User's answer for the given question

User Specific Data using Piping logic

• In the Question add User specific fields like Name, Email, Phone, Address
• Based on the parameter pipe the User specific details throughout the Survey Questions
• Engages the User with his details throughout the Survey
• Allows to pre-fill user details in the Survey

Restrict/Validate User Input

• Set Min/Max for the Number fields
• Set Start and End Date for Date selection
• Set the Available Date-Time for User selection
• Exclude Days which can't be selected by User (holidays, all Sundays/Weekends, 2nd Saturday, 1st Monday of Month, etc)

Allow User to Skip the given Question in the Survey. User can click on "Skip" to proceed further.

You can use your Brand Name and Logo in Lifetime Cloud or Custom Account. You can add your brand and logo in your settings.

Create your Surveys or Polls in your Language based on your chosen Language in your settings. To support new language or report any translation issues raise a "Query" Ticket from your Account Dashboard.
